ORDERING & SHIPPING Policies
ORDERING:
We use a secure server for all credit card transactions. To order, just
click on the "Add to Cart" button to add it to your basket. When
you're ready to check out, hit "Go to Payments" and you will be
taken to the order information page. Then complete the order form so we
have all the necessary billing and shipping information. Total costs, including
tax and shipping will be calculated. We will confirm your order via e-mail,
and give you a grand total.
SIZING:
In order to get the best fit when purchasing clothing online, it is best
to use garment measurements rather than modern size equivalents. Please
do not just guess your measurements.
ITEMS ON HOLD:
Please note that we are no longer offering consideration holds! An item
will only appear on hold if someone has ordered the item. If the person
who has ordered the item does not successfully make payment within seven
days, the dress becomes available again. If payment is received, the dress
remains on hold until the item has been shipped and received and the return
period is over.
If you are interested in a particular item that is on hold, please email
me and I'll be happy to let you know if the item becomes available again.
SHIPPING:
We do ship within the United States and International. Items will be sent
via insured US Priority Mail. Shipping can be calculated by adding the
item(s) to the shopping cart and selecting shipping to either the United
States or International. Costs are based on total of your purchase. Items usually arrive within 4 to 12 business days after purchase.
CONDITION:
We are very particular about the condition of the clothes we offer however
vintage clothing is not often in perfect condition and is sold as is.
We do our utmost to point out any flaws or issues

Links to additional photos are viewable by selecting the thumbnails at
the bottom of each item description. If you require additional condition/detail
views of a particular item please feel free to let us know.
PAYMENT:
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, money orders, cashier's checks and
personal checks from U.S. banks. For your security and privacy, we use
a secure server for orders. If you prefer not to use the secure online
order form, you can call us at 1-877-803-0378 and order by phone. If you
prefer to pay by money order, cashier's check or personal check, please
be aware that we will hold the item for five days to await payment. If
we haven't received payment by that time, the item goes back up for sale.
Your order will then be shipped after payment has cleared.
RETURNS/REFUNDS:
We want you to shop with confidence. If you aren't happy with your purchase,
please let us know immediately upon receipt that it is being returned.
We accept returns within 7 business days from original shipping date.
After 7 days returns will not be accepted. Returns are subject to a 15%
re-stocking fee.
All you have to do is let us know immediately that you're sending it back,
in the same condition we sent it, and mail it back insured. Shipping charges
are non-refundable.
